Made from stills designed and built in Cognac in the ‘charentais’ style, and aged in limousin oak, this will pique the curiosity of sherried malt fans. Distilled exclusively from grapes harvested on the Torres estate, this is a masterful blend of raisin, tobacco, leather, earth and other rancio notes on a restrained palate of oak, finishing off with an herbal bitterness. Highly recommended as an entry point to Spanish brandies, should your travels take you to Mexico or Spain, or just through duty-free.
