This is what Terry’s Chocolate Orange wants to be when it grows up: bursting with marmalade and cardamom, drying on the finish, and powered by quality brandy from the house of Cardenal Mendoza. One for the grown-ups at the party, this is less sweet, less syrupy than comparable liqueurs, boasting rich, bright orange notes with lemon peel for added zest. Ideal as a digestif served on ice. (Note to self: try this as a Sidecar with Armagnac but go easy on the lemon.)
